My Story
How I Went From Busy to Balanced
From a high-powered corporate career to motherhood and entrepreneurship, I've experienced the challenges of a demanding lifestyle firsthand.
I know what it feels like to have to choose between getting everything ticked off your to-do list or looking after your well-being—and how often that choice comes at the expense of your health.
My struggles with anxiety, gut issues, weight gain, and fertility problems revealed that chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation were at the root of my health challenges. Conventional treatments didn’t address these underlying causes, which led me on a path toward holistic healing.
This transformation fuels my dedication to helping people like you find balanced health through group programs, online teachings, and practical resources—including my book, The Cortisol Reset Plan.
I focus on teaching the powerful mind-body connection and how chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation contribute to many physical and mental health issues.
My approach combines accessible, easy-to-implement strategies with science-backed nutrition protocols, all designed to support long-term healing, resilience, and vitality.
Qualifications
Bridging Evidence-Based Science and Traditional Healing
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, along with certifications from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I’ve also completed specialized training in Nutritional Psychiatry at the Food and Mood Academy at Deakin University, Somatic Stress Release™ with Dr. Scott Lyons, the Gut-Brain Connection with Jessica Maguire, and other advanced modalities.
These experiences allow me to take a comprehensive, integrative approach to health and wellness.
In my holistic practice, I combine evidence-based science with traditional healing methods to support wellbeing, resilience, and long-term health, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, cultivate a calm mind and strong body, and thrive with balance and vitality.
